Elissa Hodges
Elissa represents individuals and families in real estate transactions, estate planning matters (wills, trusts, powers of attorney), probate, and guardianships and conservatorships. Her practice also includes representing corporate clients in forming business entities, maintaining corporate formalities, real estate development, sales and purchases.
In 2012, Elissa received her juris doctor from the University of Nebraska College of Law, completing an individual concentration in Family and Small Business Estate Planning.
Elissa and her family are proud Ankeny residents.

Kevin Schulting
Kevin is a transactional attorney primarily focusing on estate planning, trust and probate administration, and guardianships and conservatorships. Kevin also represents clients in real estate transactions and corporate matters.
Kevin received his juris doctor from Drake University Law School in 2022, graduating with High Honors. He also earned two CALI Excellence for the Future Awards in Trial Advocacy and Prosecution & Defense.
